Does Saybold work offline?+
Yes. Download a compatible speech model first, then transcribe on your device without a cloud speech service. Model downloads, catalog updates, and purchase checks need internet access. Monthly subscription access requires periodic verification.
Can I use it in my other apps?+
The floating orb can appear over compatible apps after you grant display-over-other-apps permission. Optional Accessibility access lets Saybold find the focused text field and insert your dictated words. You can also dictate inside Saybold and copy text yourself.
What is included for free?+
Unlimited dictation with Ultra, Mini, and Micro, plus selected orb designs. Choose a model that supports your language and fits your device. Full Access adds premium models, all Voice Studio designs, saved history, personal vocabulary, and widgets.
Which model should I choose?+
The model library shows download sizes, estimated memory needs, and guidance on speed and accuracy. Smaller models suit lighter devices; larger models need more memory and storage. Language coverage varies, and you can change models later.
Is Saybold available for iPhone?+
The Apple App Store version is coming soon. The current app is for Android phones, tablets, and foldables.
How does the free trial work?+
